Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to high order volumes.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, when available.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

CoolBreeze™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages
