Refund Policy

At CoolBreeze™, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition.
  • The item must not be damaged or excessively used.
  • The item should be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
